Whats for dinner..

Chicken and Dumplings Yummy.. Recipes already posted for you guys to enjoy..  
This is a great meal for a busy night. It is a great comfort food and great as leftovers.

 3 chicken breast
 3 bouillon cubes
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 can cream chicken soup
 2 cans milk use soup cans
3 cans chicken broth
 3 pks. biscuits

 Boil chicken in broth until done. Usually about 15 minutes. Shred chicken and put back in broth. Add bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, soup, and milk. Simmer about 10 minutes. Tear biscuits into pieces and drop into pot. Simmer about 10 minutes and enjoy...

Chicken Casserole

This is the first dish that I ever cooked. It turned out really good. I make it still and it is still a favorite of mine. It is so easy and really quick ..



1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
2 cans mix vegetables
2 can cream chicken soup
1 box stove top stuffing


Boil chicken and shredded. Mix the chicken, mixed vegetables, soup together. Place in a baking dish.  Make the stovetop stuffing in microwave per box instructions. PLace it on top of the chicken mixture and bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Mexican Burgers Homemade Fries Recipes are already posted for you guys to enjoy.. Mexican Burgers.. I know more mexican. :) But these are so yummy, and a great way to spice up a burger..
 1 lb. ground beef
1 pk. taco season
 shredded lettuce
 black olives
 salsa
 cheese shredded
 jalapeƱos
 buns
 Mix the taco season with the ground beef and make into patties. Grill burgers until done. Time may vary, depends on how you like your burger cooked. Take off grill and add the toppings you like and enjoy.

Meat Loaf

Meat loaf is a great comfort food.  I love to make this ahead the night before, so that it is ready to cook as soon as I get home. Which means more time with the family.


2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pk. onion soup mix
1 can rotel
1 can tomato sauce
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
ketchup


Mix the meat, onion soup mix, rotel,tomato sauce,and bread crumbs together. Form into a 9x13 baking dish leaving room on eat side. Spread ketchup on to top and bake at 350 for 1 hour. With meat loaf I have got to have mash potatoes and green beans...

Pizza Casserole

This is a great casserole to replace pizza for your kids.  You can put any toppings you like on a pizza in this.  It's is very simple and quick.

2 cups spiral noodles
1 lb. ground beef
Garlic clove
1 Cup pepperoni
1 16 oz pizza sauce
Olives
4 tablespoon milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain noodles per package directions. Brown and drain ground beef and mix garlic and simmer for a few minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and  Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
