Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes...
My kids love peanut butter and pretty much anything with peanut
butter in it. I make these at Halloween every year and they are a huge hit. Needless to say these are regulars at our
house now.
Peanut Butter Brownie Cups
1 19 oz. box brownie mix
18 mini peanut butter cups
1 10 oz. bag of butterscotch morsels or peanut butter morsels
3 tbs. heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make brownie mix according to package
instructions. Place cupcake holders in the cupcake pan and spoon brownie mix
into the holders. Add peanut butter cups and put more brownie mix on top to
cover it up. Bake 20 to 25 minutes and let cool. Combine morsels and cream over
medium to low heat stirring often. Spread over brownie cupcakes and enjoy.
