These are great to start the season out with. When I think of fall I think of pumpkins, leaves and mums. I am looking forward to putting mine out some to decorate. This recipe is a great way to start this fall..
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teas baking powder
1 teas baking soda
2 teas cinnamon
1 teas pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teas salt
1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 can pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 teas vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Cream together 1/2 cup butter and white sugar. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla to butter mixture and beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy..
