Cherry Brownies...

This is a recipe that I was not so sure about when my daughter wanted to make these. Cherry and brownies strange. lol  But actually when I tasted them I was surprisingly shocked. They were actually awesome and so easy.


1 box brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup veg. oil
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling divided
2 tablespoon hot water

Preheat oven 350. Coat a 9x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil and 1 cup cherry pie filling; mix well with spoon. Pour batter into a baking dish.  In a small bowl, combine hot water and remaining pie filling, and spread evenly over batter. Bake 45 to 50 minute or until done.
