Crockpot Lasagna

This is one of my favorite things to make when the weather starts to change.  I usually make it in the oven but I decided to just give this a try and wow..

1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 jar pasta sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 clove minced garlic
1 lg container cottage cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 box lasagna noodles ( I like the ones that you don't have to boil.

Brown the ground beef, sausage, garlic salt and minced garlic together and drain. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.  In a small bowl add the cottage cheese and egg together. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Spread a layer of meat sauce on bottom of crockpot. Then a layer of noodles, cottage cheese mixture and then cheese cheddar and mozzarella. Keep layering the different ingredients and topping with cheeses and adding parmesan. Cook for 3 to 4 hours on high and don't stir. Make a salad and some garlic bread and dig in..
