Broccoli Beef Stir Fry with Rice
This is a great take on this Chinese dish. My kids ask for Chinese occasionally and this is one of the dishes I make for them..
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 can beef broth
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lb. round steak cut into strips
1 clove garlic minced
4 cups fresh broccoli
Mix the flour, broth and soy sauce into dissolved. Cook steak strips for 2 to 4 minutes until brown in a skillet. Stir in the mixture and the broccoli with the meat and simmer for 10 minutes until sauce is thick. Make some rice and dig into this awesome dish...

Daddy's Garden progress...
Everything is a little slow growing this year due to the weather being cooler and the rain. But so far the green beans, corn, okra. onions and tomatoes are doing well..
