Make cake mix per box instructions in cupcake tins. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool before icing. Get four small bowls and place equal parts coconut in each. Pork Tenderloin

I have left over veggies from my Chicken yesterday. So waste not..  I am going to marinade a  Pork Tenderloin to go with the veggies leftover..

2 or 3 lb. tenderloin
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 teas. dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
1 teas. pepper

Combine all ingredients above and pour over tenderloin. I would let this marinade about 30 and longer if you have time. The longer you marinade the more of the flavor it will have. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
