Ceaser Chicken Parmesan

This a great twist on chicken Parmesan.  I am a huge fan of ceaser salad dressing. So I tried this and it was really good. So I am sharing this with you, hopefully you will enjoy it too. Let me know what you guys think about it.. Grab you a nice loaf of Italian bread and make a nice salad and dig in.


4 chicken breast split into
1 bottle of ceaser salad dressing
1 jar Marino sauce (or make my recipe for it)
8 oz spaghetti noodles
Bread crumbs italian
Parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Marinate the chicken in ceaser dressing for 1 hour or longer.  Set up bowls with egg in one and bread crumbs and Parmesan in the other mixed. Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumb and cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake until no pink. 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti noodles and drain per package. Pour some of the Marino sauce on the noodles. Add the morazella cheese to top with more Marino sauce and place back in oven just until cheese melts. Sprinkle some parsley over the top and  Enjoy...


 Parmesan Cheese Potato Wedges

3 lbs. potatoes
parmesan cheese
salt to taste
buttermilk
2 cups flour


In one bowl mix parmesan cheese, salt and flour. In another buttermilk. Quarter the potatoes and dip in buttermilk then in cheese flour mixture. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until soft.

Homemade Sloppy Joes

This is another great kids meal. It is great for a quick meal and our kids love them. We usually make tater tots with these, but I love salt and vinegar chips myself with them..  You can also make my mac-n- cheese with these too.


1 lb. ground beef
1 teas dried onion flakes
1 teas garlic powder
1/8 teas. crushed red pepper
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 table oil
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teas. salt
buns


Brown and drain ground beef. Add onion powder, garlic powder. red pepper, ketchup,
oil, worcestershire sauce and salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes and enjoy with your kids...







Loaded Brownies


The kids have been gone all weekend, so I decided to make them a treat just because we missed them. I think they will love these.. Im sure I will be making these a lot now since they have tasted them. You can even change out the Oreo's for peanut butter cups or even add both. They are also very easy.....



1 box brownie mix
1 pk. Oreos
1 pk. chocolate chip cookie mix


Make the cookie mix per the package instructions. Press in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Layer a layer of Oreos on top of the cookie dough mix. Make brownies per box instruction and pour over the oreos. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.  Let cool and cut into squares.  You can eat these by themselves or add some ice cream to the tops.. Hope you enjoy these.

Homemade Sloppy Joes
Loaded Brownie's

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

This is some good stuff..  I love to make this, it is easy and delicious.. Grab a loaf of french bread and dig into this dish..

 3 chicken breast cooked
1 8 oz box spiral noodles
1 small carton heavy whipping cream
1 teas. butter
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Cook chicken in a pan with the olive oil and garlic. When done cut into small pieces and set aside. Boil and drain noodles per package directions. In a separate pot cook the broccoli until tender.  When you take the noodles out to drain, in the same pot add the cream, butter and parmesan cheese and cook until a hard boil and desired thickness.  Add the noodles, chicken and broccoli back to pot and stir all together and enjoy...



Yummy Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

I had some bananas that had gotten really ripe, I didn't want to trash them so I found this recipe and tried it and it is wonderful. If you like bananas you will love this cake...

1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teas. vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teas. baking soda
1/4 teas. salt
2 cups mashed bananas


Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, stir in sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and stir into batter. Add bananas last and stir all together.  Bake 350 for 1 hour. Let cool and icing with icing below. I have mine in the refrigerator.


Icing:
4 cups powdered sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 teas. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cream all together and icing cake...
